All applications and functions run in real time, i.e. changes to data are available throughout the system without delay. Bookings, alarms or other events are processed immediately by the server. Only if there is no communication between the server and the underlying door controllers do the latter take over decision-making and management. This enables us to achieve a system availability of 99.97%.

The issues of IT security and data protection are becoming increasingly important. Thanks to our company philosophy and good understanding of the market, we addressed the issue of encryption at an early stage and can now offer end-to-end encryption. In addition, data stored in the door controller and the server are encrypted to a high standard to prevent unauthorized access or manipulation.
